The occupantss sent a so-called criminal case against the Crimean Tatar Ruslan Bekirov, who was accused of giving false testimony, to the so-called Nakhimov District Court of Sevastopol. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.
“This story began with the fact that in March 2019 he (Bekirov) was interrogated by the FSB using illegal methods. He was simply seized and taken to the FSB, they exerted enormous psychological pressure on him so that he signed the necessary protocols. Ruslan was forced to sign them. This illegally obtained protocol formed the basis for the accusation against Ruslan in the case of the so-called perjury. This is the FSB's revenge for not being afraid of them and refusing to perjure anyone”,- said lawyer Emil Kurbedinov.
We remind that on June 11, Russian security forces in the village of Orlyne of the occupied Crimea detained the Crimean Tatar Ruslan Bekirov. The so-called case was opened against him under Part 1 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (giving false testimony). He was later released from the FSB building on recognizance not to leave.
