October 12, 2020

Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, commenting on Zelensky’s statement of his desire to return all Ukrainian territories, including Crimea, said that the problem of the peninsula does not exist, and cannot exist within the framework of Russia’s relations with some countries. This was reported by the RIA News media agency.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed the hope that he could conclude a peace agreement with Russian President Vladimir Putin, which would return Ukrainian territories, including Crimea.

“The main thing is to resolve the problem of the Donbas. The problem of Crimea does not exist, and it cannot exist within the framework of Russia's relations with some countries. You know that Russia has made and will continue to make efforts to help Ukraine to solve the problem of the South-East. Read the Minsk agreements”,- answered Peskov.
