The occupiers illegally paved a road on the territory of the Gurzuf section of the Yalta mountain-forest reserve, which caused significant damage, which amounted to more than 500 thousand rubles. The so-called Prosecutor’s Office of the occupied Crimea opened a criminal case under Article 262 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The press service of the department reported about this.
“It was found that on the territory of the Hurzuf section of the reserve, using heavy equipment, an unauthorized road was paved, which disrupted the soil cover, and damaged forest plantations, including Crimean pine, which caused significant damage, which, in turn, amounted to more than 500 thousand rubles”,- the message said.
The so-called Prosecutor's Office of the occupied Crimea has opened and is investigating a criminal case under Article 262 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the regime of specially protected natural areas, resulting in significant damage).
