On Tuesday, September 29, the Russian security forces detained a participant in the Russian initiative Strategy-18, which regularly holds single pickets for the de-occupation of Crimea and in support of the Crimean Tatars. This is reported by the OVD-Info resource.

It is noted that law enforcement officers detained Dmitry Negodin at the Ladozhsky railway station. The police charged him with taking part in an uncoordinated march because of the photo with the posters and took him to the St. Petersburg police department # 28.

“At 11:05 a report was drawn up against Dmitry Negodin on a repeated violation during a public event (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Administrative Code), his personal belongings were seized. Public defender Ilya Tkachenko managed to get to the police department. Probably, Negodin will be left in the police department until trial”,- the message said.
