On Tuesday, September 29, during a meeting of the headquarters on the situation with water supply, the so-called head of the occupied Crimea Sergei Aksenov said that there would not be a single well on the peninsula that would not allow people to supply water. If the owners of the wells refuse to provide access to them, then they will make an administrative decision on the compulsory purchase.
“If there are any technical issues, misunderstandings with the owners, then contact the prosecutor's office, make a decision accordingly. Water supply is a common matter, water is for everyone, it is not someone’s property. There will not be a single well that does not allow to supply water to people, especially during an emergency”,- Aksenov said, TASS media agency reports.
The so-called Head of Crimea said that if the owners of the wells refuse to provide access to them, then the occupants can make an administrative decision on a compulsory purchase, if there was such a purchase.
