On Thursday, September 24, First Deputy Foreign Minister Emine Dzheppar, during her speech at the 75th session of the UN General Assembly, said that the lives of the population on the occupied peninsula are under constant risk due to the illegal actions of the Russian Federation.

“Russia is trying to justify its aggression against Ukraine by distorting the principles of R2P. The Russian occupation authorities are denying international human rights observers, in particular the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine, access to Crimea. Illicit supplies of weapons and ammunition to the Donbas continue. The lives of the population in the occupied territories is under constant risk, "the message says.
