The Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea brought suits against 5 foreign airlines for flights over the Black Sea

The Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea filed claims in the interests of the state against 5 foreign airlines for a total amount of 4 855 795 hryvnias for the provision of services in the airspace of Ukraine, including in the international airspace over the Black Sea. The press service of the department reported about this.

“In the course of the pre-trial investigation initiated into violations of the rules of international flights (Article 334 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), the prosecutor's office of the autonomy found that five foreign airlines owed a debt to the Ukraerorukh state enterprise for the provided air navigation services in the airspace of Ukraine, including in the international air space over the Black Sea, for a total amount of 4 855 795 hryvnias”,- the message said.
