Crimean Tatar activist Ayder Kadyrov, whose house was searched by Russian security forces on August 31, gave an explanation of his illegal detention by FSB officers. This was reported by lawyer Aleksey Ladin via his Facebook page.
“On September 10, 2020, Ayder Kadyrov gave an explanation on the fact of his illegal detention by the Crimean FSB officers on August 31, 2020, in particular by the FSB investigator Valery Sherstyukov, who brought him to the building on Franko street 13 at about 09:30 on 08/31/30 and illegally held him until 00:50 09/01/2020,”- the message said.
At the moment, the defense is awaiting the results of a check on the fact of the illegal detention of Ayder Kadyrov and his torture by hunger, considering his diagnosis of 1st degree diabetes.
We remind that on August 31, Russian security forces conducted mass searches in the houses of the Crimean Tatars in the Nyzhniohirsk and Sovietskyi districts of Crimea, as well as in the city of Sudak. As a result, four people were detained. Subsequently, Enver Topchi, Ayder Ablyakimov, Ridvan Umerov and Ayder Kadyrov were released on recognizance not to leave. They are charged with Article 205.6 of the Criminal Code of Russia (failure to report a crime).
