On Wednesday, September 9, during the presentation of the priorities of the chairmanship at the Security Cooperation Forum, Deputy Foreign Minister of Germany Niels Annen said that the conflict in the Donbas and the situation in the occupied Crimea are leading to the destruction of the European order. This was reported by the Ukrinform media agency.
“The noticeable erosion of European security due to a number of conflicts – and here I am talking not least in view of Russia's annexation of Crimea and the conflict in eastern Ukraine – they have a direct impact on the work of the FBS. Trust is the most important asset of the OSCE, but it is disappearing every day”,- he said.
Niels Annen stressed that only a real dialogue can contribute to political-military cooperation and the restoration of lost trust.
