On Monday, September 7, an FSB investigator for the second time tried to take away the lawyer’s signature not to disclose information from the preliminary investigation in the so-called case of the Crimean Tatar activist Ayder Kadyrov. This was reported by Aleksey Ladin via his Facebook page.

“Today, in the course of the investigative actions, the FSB investigator tried to take away my signature not to disclose the data of the preliminary investigation. This was already the second attempt. During the first attempt, he tried to take away the signature from me and Kadyrov”,- the message said.

Ladin noted that since he refused to give a signature, two attesting witnesses were invited, who recorded an attempt to take away the signature. The lawyer explained that in the so-called case there are no secrets protected by law, and the investigator's requirements for non-disclosure are not specified.

We remind that on August 31, Russian security forces conducted mass searches in the houses of the Crimean Tatars in the Nyzhniohirsk and Sovietskyi districts of Crimea, as well as in the city of Sudak. As a result, four people were detained. Subsequently, Enver Topchi, Ayder Ablyakimov, Ridvan Umerov and Ayder Kadyrov were released on recognizance not to leave. They are charged with Article 205.6 of the Criminal Code of Russia (failure to report a crime).
