Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the sanctions against the Russian Federation due to the annexation of Crimea create certain problems for the country. But, according to him, this is only “a matter of technique: if there is a will, there is a way.” This was reported by the Russian agency TASS.
"Unfortunately, there (in Crimea ) they create certain problems and obstacles for us in various ways, introduce certain restrictions, sanctions and so on, but this is all a matter of technique: if there is a will, there is a way," – the message says.
