On Thursday, August 20, the detained Crimean resident Medzhyt Ablyamitov, who is suspected of allegedly participating in the Noman Çelebicihan Crimean Tatar Volunteer Battalion, will be chosen a preventive measure. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.

“My brother's name is Medzhyt Ablyamitov. In November, he turns 26. Today, at 16:30, a measure of restraint will be chosen for him in the Kyiv District Dourt of Simferopol. Our family will be present at the court session”,- the detainee's brother said.

We remind that on August 19, on the occupied peninsula, officers of the Russian FSB detained a Crimean resident suspected of allegedly participating in the Noman Çelebicihan Crimean Tatar Volunteer Battalion. The name and surname are not mentioned anywhere. On August 20, the Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea began criminal proceedings on the facts of illegal detention and a search of a Crimean resident.
