The so-called State Committee for Water Management and Land Reclamation of the occupied Crimea has announced a tender for experimental aerial work to artificially increase precipitation. The invaders are ready to spend more than 25 million rubles on this. This was reported via the website of Russian state purchases.
“Carrying out experimental aerial work on active impact in order to artificially increase precipitation to increase the flow of water into the water bodies of the Republic of Crimea”,- the document said.
Potential contractors can apply until August 25, 2020.
