The so-called Ministry of Justice of the occupied Crimea demands to exclude Ruslan Emirvaliiev from the founders of the Muslim community “Alushta”, since “his actions contain signs of extremist activity.” This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.

“According to the head of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Crimea, Mikhail Nazarov, in accordance with the clauses of the Federal Law “On Non-Commercial Organizations” and “On Freedom of Conscience and on Religious Associations,” he asserts that a person in respect of whom a legal force was taken, the court decision established that his actions contain signs of extremist activity. Accordingly, Ruslan Emirvaliiev cannot be a founding member of a religious organization,”,- the message says.

It is noted that the so-called Ministry of Justice in its warning obliges this religious organization to exclude Ruslan Emirvaliiev from its membership, setting deadlines until September 30, 2020.

We remind that on May 28, the so-called court of the occupied Crimea fined the acting chairman of the local Muslim religious community “Alushta” Ruslan Emirvaliev 1,000 rubles for posting on a page in the VK social network in 2016.
