Self-isolation is not required for applicants from Crimea in case of a negative PCR test result

On Thursday, August 12, the Government of Ukraine made a decision according to which self-isolation is not required in case of a negative PCR test result for applicants and individuals enrolled in Ukrainian educational institutions whose place of residence is the occupied Crimea. This is reported by the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.

“In addition, mandatory self-isolation does not apply to applicants and individuals enrolled in educational institutions whose place of residence is the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, in order to enter (submit documents) to educational institutions in the territory controlled by Ukraine”,- in the message.

Also, those who are sent to the territory of mainland Ukraine to resolve issues related to the beginning of studies in educational institutions in the controlled territory of Ukraine have the right to leave the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and to enter independently or accompanied by a legal representative.
