Medvedchuk and his wife went to rest in the occupied Crimea

MP from the Opposition Platform – For Life political party, best man of Russian President Vladimir Putin Viktor Medvedchuk and his wife Oksana Marchenko on Sunday, July 2, entered the occupied Crimea. This is reported by the Crimea.Realities media agency, citing reliable sources in one of the Ukrainian departments and Medvedchuk’s press secretary, Oleh Babanin.

The editors, citing reliable sources in one of the Ukrainian departments, which cannot be named due to the fact that they are not authorized to disseminate public information, reported that Medvedchuk and his wife Oksana Marchenko on Sunday, August 2, at about 14:30 entered the annexed Crimea through the Kalanchak checkpoint.

According to the information received, there were several other people in the Mercedes Vito with Medvedchuk and Marchenko.

According to the Crimea.Realities media agency, Medvedchuk's family owns a business in Crimea that appeared there after the Russian annexation. Two companies – LLC Tavriia-Invest and LLC Firma Ukrsnab – are registered in the village of Gaspra on the name of Oksana Marchenko, Medvedchuk's wife.

Also, according to Medvedchuk's declaration, the wife of Ukrainian opposition politician Oksana Marchenko has a land plot in Opolzneve near Yalta with an area of more than five thousand square meters, as well as a house with outbuildings.
