“In accordance with its mandate, the SMM should have access to the entire territory of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders, including the Crimean peninsula, illegally annexed by Russia”,- the statement said.
In a statement, the EU stressed that anyone responsible for any willful harm, destruction or loss of SMM assets must be held accountable both politically and financially.
