According to the Quran, the angel Jebrail appeared to the prophet Ibraim in a dream and gave him a command from the Almighty to sacrifice the son of Ismail. Ibraim went to the valley of Mina to the place where Mecca now stands and began preparations. His son, who knew about this, did not resist, as he was obedient to his father and the Almighty. This turned out to be a test from the Almighty, and when the sacrifice was almost made, Allah made it so that the knife could not cut. The sacrifice of the son was replaced by a ram, and the prophet Ibraim was granted the successful birth of his second son.
In these difficult times for our people, they are also a test of the Almighty!
I wish that the Almighty would give us strength and prudence to pass these tests with dignity!
I hope that the Almighty will hear our prayers and good intentions to live freely in our native land in Crimea, to preserve and develop our customs and traditions, to help our neighbors, to make Crimea a blessed, peaceful and prosperous land!
