The ARC prosecutor’s office reported suspicion to the Russian pilot

The Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea reported the suspicion to a Russian pilot who repeatedly made flights and illegally ferried people across the state border to the territory of the occupied peninsula. The press service of the department reports.

“The Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomy, together with the Main Directorate of the Security Service in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, reported on the suspicion of a pilot of one of the Russian airlines of violating the rules of international flights (part 1 of article 334 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and of illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine (part 2 of article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine )”,- the message says.

It is noted that a pilot of one of the Russian airlines, without the appropriate permission of the State Aviation Service of Ukraine, repeatedly made flights and illegally transported people across the state border to the territory of the occupied peninsula, violating the rules of international flights. Currently, the suspect is on the wanted list.
