On Monday, July 27, the so-called Supreme Court of the occupied Crimea interrogated at least 16 victims and prosecution witnesses in the so-called case against the chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov. Lawyer Nikolai Polozov announced this via his Facebook page.
“The Supreme Court of Crimea, after refusing to admit me as a defender of Refat Chubarov, in the case against him, immediately turned on the second space speed. Only during today's session, at least 16 victims and prosecution witnesses were questioned”,- the statement says.
Polozov believes that the invaders want to extract the maximum amount of evidence in 45 days, during which the Third Court of Appeal will consider the complaint against the refusal to admit the lawyer chosen by Refat Chubarov, and ideally come to a verdict.
