As of the morning of July 22, 18 new cases of coronavirus were recorded in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. This is reported by the so-called head of the occupied Crimea Sergey Aksenov via his Facebook page.
"On July 21, 18 cases of coronavirus infection were registered on the territory of the Republic of Crimea. 3 of them were detected when seeking medical help, 11 were among the contacts for previously registered cases, 4 were during screening of healthy individuals," the message says.
It is noted that 1,012 cases of a new coronavirus infection were recorded in the occupied Crimea. 64 of them were imported from abroad, 106 cases were imported from the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and were identified by contact with them, 722 cases were detected when seeking medical help and by contact with persons with laboratory confirmed results, 120 – during laboratory screening of healthy individuals.
