As of the morning of July 17, 14 new cases of coronavirus were recorded in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. This is reported by the so-called head of the occupied Crimea Sergey Aksenov via his Facebook page.
“On July 16, 14 cases of coronavirus infection were registered on the territory of the Republic of Crimea. 6 of them were detected when seeking medical help, 3 were among contacts for previously registered cases, 5 were detected during screening of healthy individuals”,- the message says.
In the occupied Crimea, 931 cases of new coronavirus infection were registered. 59 of them were imported from abroad, 100 cases were imported from the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and were identified by contact with them, 667 cases were detected when seeking medical help and by contact with individuals with laboratory confirmed results, 105 – during laboratory screening of healthy individuals.
