In June, human rights activists recorded 12 new criminal cases against residents of Crimea under Article 328 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (evasion from service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation): 5 – in the so-called Central District Court of Simferopol, 4 – in the so-called Lenin District Court of Sevastopol, 2 – in the so-called Kyiv District Court of Simferopol, 1 – in the so-called Kerch City Court, – the message says.
It is noted that a total of 117 so-called criminal cases were recorded, which were instituted by the occupiers in Crimea for evading service in the RF Armed Forces.
