On Thursday, July 16, the Dzhankoy district “court” rejected the claim of the Crimean Tatar activist Lutfiye Zudieva to issue a warning from the so-called Russian authorities about the inadmissibility of holding unauthorized events. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity media agency.
“The court made an absolutely unjust decision, in our opinion. At the same time, during the court session, the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs clearly and affirmatively explained that the information that was set forth in the appealed warning, in fact, did not find its confirmation. So, during the court session on our repeated questions and those of the plaintiff, the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs explained that they have no information that Lutfiye Zudieva is preparing any unauthorized rallies, unauthorized gatherings using ammunition, using prohibited paraphernalia or symbols”,- said lawyer Nazim Sheikhmambetov.
We remind that on May 1, activist Lutfiye Zudieva received a warning from the so-called Russian authorities about the inadmissibility of holding unauthorized events, such as rallies, processions, gatherings on specific dates: May 3, May 18 and June 26, 2020.
