The prosecutor’s office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea began criminal proceedings because of the deliberate destruction and damage by the invaders of the territories taken under the protection of the state and objects of the nature reserve fund. This was reported by the press service of the department via Telegram.
“The autonomy prosecutor’s office, upon appeal of the Representative Office of the President of Ukraine in Crimea, has instituted criminal proceedings on the fact that the occupiers committed actions aimed at the deliberate destruction and damage of territories taken under the protection of the state and objects of the nature reserve fund”,- the statement said.
Such actions were recorded in relation to the Crimean nature reserve, the ornithological branch of the Crimean nature reserve “Swan Islands”, the Yalta mountain forest nature reserve, the national nature reserve “Cape Mart’ian”, the Opuk nature reserve.
