In the occupied Crimea, despite the ‘court’ decision to ban construction, the delivery of building materials to the territory of Karadag conservation area was recorded. This was reported by the press service of the ‘administration’ of Feodosia.
It is noted that the construction continues despite the ‘court’ ruling to ban any construction for the period to allow the claim filed by the so-called Construction Supervision Service of the Republic of Crimea to be considered. The claim asks to cancel a permit to build on this land plot.
The violator in this case may be held administratively liable for failure to comply with the ‘court’ decision.
