On Monday, June 22, the “head” of the occupied Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, amended the decree on high alert on March 17, 2020, which states that the ban on mass events in Crimea does not apply to the military Victory Day parade. "This subparagraph does not apply to the holding events on June 24, 2020 dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 in the city of Simferopol and the Hero City of Kerch,"- the document says.
