On Wednesday, June 10, the so-called Kyiv District Court of the occupied Crimea extended a preventive measure for two teenagers suspected of allegedly preparing a terrorist act. They will remain in the pre-trial detention center until August 18, 2020. This was reported by the press service of the so-called court.
It is noted that the defenders of the accused and legal representatives requested the satisfaction of the investigator’s request to refuse and change the measure of restraint to a softer one, but the so-called court decided to extend the period of detention for the accused until August 18.
We remind that the FSB of Russia prevented the alleged preparation of terrorist acts in two educational institutions by underage residents of Kerch. Homemade explosive devices with striking elements were seized at the detainees' residential addresses. On February 20, the so-called Kyiv District Court of Simferopol arrested two teenagers until April 18, 2020.
