The so-called criminal case against Mustafa Dzhemilev sent to the so-called court

The so-called Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the occupied Crimea completed an investigation into the so-called criminal case against the leader of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Dzhemilev. The so-called case was sent to the so-calledcourt” for further consideration on the merits. This was reported by the press service of the department.
Mustafa Dzhemilev is charged under Part 3 of Article 322 of the Criminal Code of Russia – “Illegal Crossing of the State Border of Russia”, under Part 1 of Articel 222 – “Illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation or carrying of weapons, their main parts, ammunition” and under Article 224 – “Careless storage of firearms, creating conditions for its use by another person, if this entailed the death of a person or other serious consequences.”
