The chairman of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Iurii Husiev, said that a soldier who went missing on May 30 at the administrative border with the occupied Crimea had no reason to leave the duty station. He announced this via his Facebook page.

“The situation with the night disappearance of a soldier of the 95th airborne assault brigade of the Armed Forces, who served in an observation post located near Chonhar of the Kherson region, is being clarified. It is preliminarily known that the soldier had no reason to leave the duty station. Currently, everyone is involved, relevant services act in order to establish the causes and circumstances of the incident as quickly as possible”,- the message said.
