On Saturday, May 30, on the administrative border with the occupied Crimea, a Ukrainian went missing. According to preliminary information, a soldier was abducted while serving. Not far from the observation post, traces of the struggle with unknown individuals were discovered. “Today, on May 30, at about five o’clock in the morning, near the Chonhar Peninsula, at the observation post, the absence of a soldier of one of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was revealed. Search activities began immediately after the disappearance of the soldier, but they did not yield any significant results: he doesn’t answer phone calls, his whereabouts are unknown”,- the message said.
It is reported that according to preliminary information, the soldier was abducted while serving. Near the observation post traces of the struggle with unknown individuals were discovered.
According to the service, all necessary measures are being taken to establish the location of the soldier. The materials of this event were promptly transferred to law enforcement agencies.
