In the occupied Crimea, Russian police handed the leader of the so-called Crimean Cossacks Sergey Akimov a warning about inadmissibility of committing offenses or antisocial behavior. He reported this via his Facebook page.
As Akimov noted, he was forbidden to hold a rally, which was announced on June 6 to prevent amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
Earlier, the Crimean Tatar Resource Center reported that since the beginning of 2020, in the occupied Crimea, more than 49 Crimean Tatar activists have received warnings from the so-called Russian authorities about the inadmissibility of holding unauthorized events.
The Crimean Tatar Resource Center emphasizes that these actions are regarded as another fact of pressure against the Crimean Tatar people, who do not agree with the temporary occupation of the peninsula.
