In the occupied Crimea, despite the spread of coronavirus infection, two frigates of the Black Sea Fleet went to sea ranges for a complex of naval exercises. This was reported by the press service of the Black Sea Fleet of Russia.
“Two frigates of the Black Sea Fleet, Admiral Makarov and Admiral Essen, went to the landfills to conduct a complex of naval exercises. At the initial stage, the crews worked out the emergency preparation of the ships for battle and a campaign with a further exit from the base point to the designated areas”.- the statement says.
It is noted that the departure of ships to sea ranges is carried out in accordance with the action plan for combat training of the Black Sea Fleet for the 2020 academic year.
We remind that in the occupied Crimea, military exercises, propaganda for military service and conscription into the armed forces of the Russian Federation are regularly held. The Russian military exercises destroy the ecosystem of the peninsula and are a gross violation of international law.
Earlier, in a statement on Crimea, NATO condemned the ongoing large-scale buildup of Russia's military power in Crimea and expressed concern about Russia's efforts and plans to further build up military power in the Black Sea region.
