On Thursday, April 30, the participants of the Russian initiative “Strategy-30” held one-man protests in Moscow in support of the Crimean Tatar and Ukrainian political prisoners, for whom staying in Russian prisons became extremely dangerous for life in conditions of COVID-19 pandemic. They unfolded posters with the slogans: “Stop the rink of political repression,” “Refusing amnesty today is a crime against humanity,” “Terrorists without terrorist attacks,” “In conditions of COVID-19 pandemic, any sentence in the Russian Federation is mortal.” The corresponding photo report Vera Lavreshina, the participant of the action in Moscow, published on her Facebook page.
"We repeat again and again: during the COVID-19 pandemic, every sentence in the Russian Federation becomes mortal. Got sick – do not count on medical care. Therefore, #amnesty is required, -"the message says.

"Ukrainian prisoners #Sentsov's list" among which the majority are Crimean Tatars, should be free, and a long time ago. Obviously, without widespread pressure on the inhabitants of the Kremlin, who took them hostage, without strengthening sanctions and refusing to buy oil and gas from war criminals, nothing can be achieved, "the activists emphasized.
