The so-called court in Crimea extended house arrest of Amet Suleymanov, defendant in the so-called Hizb ut-Tahrir case

On Thursday, April 30, the so-called Kyiv District Court of Simferopol extended the house arrest of Amet Suleymanov, the third defendant in the so-called third Bakhchisaray Hizb ut-Tahrir case, until August 9, 2020. It was reported by the Crimean solidarity public assosication.

We remind that on March 11, Russian security officials raided the dwellings of Crimean Tatars in Bakhchisaray and the Bakhchisarai district. Searches were conducted in the dwellings of Seitumer Seitumerov, Shukri Seytumerov, Amet Suleymanov, Seydamet Mustafayev, Rustem Seitmemetov, Ayder Suleymanov and Seytumer Seytumerov. The activists were detained. On March 12, the so-called Kyiv District Court of Simferopol sent Amet Suleymanov under house arrest. On March 13, the so-called Kyiv District Court chose a measure of restraint in the so-called third Bakhchisaray Hizb ut-Tahrir case in the form of detention.
