On Wednesday, April 29, in the occupied Crimea, imam Dilyaver Khalilov was fined 30 thousand rubles for “organizing an unauthorized assembly”, namely, the holding of the obligatory collective Friday prayer in the mosque. This was reported by lawyer Emil Kurbedinov via his Facebook page.

“The imam from Zavitne, Crimea, Dilyaver Khalilov was fined 30 thousand rubles for holding the collective Friday prayer obligatory for muslims in the mosque. This mosque is 16 years old and imam Dilyaver has been serving there for 16 years! And overnight the mosque became an outbuilding, and imam became the offender, the person who conducted an unauthorized assembly!” – the message says.

We remind that on April 15 in the occupied Crimea, an administrative case was opened against the imam of the mosque Dilyaver Khalilov because of “carrying out illegal missionary activity.” He was accused of “organizing an unauthorized meeting, procession, rally”.
