On Tuesday, April 28, during a meeting of the operational headquarters for COVID-19 Pandemic, the “head” of the parliament of the occupied Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov, announced that mass events were not scheduled for May 9 on the peninsula.
It is noted that on Victory Day the campaign "Georgian Ribbon" will be held.
“To hang out (a ribbon) on every window and on all visible buildings, because mass events are not planned. Singing front-line songs at home conditions, a victory parade of 1945 will probably be shown,” Konstantinov said.
