On Thursday, April 23, at a briefing, the speaker of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that all the notes of Ukraine related to Crimea, Moscow would send back without consideration, since “the issue of Crimea’s belonging is closed”.
Zakharova noted that the Russian Foreign Ministry has already returned to Kiev two notes of protest on Crimea: the first in connection with archaeological excavations and earthworks in Crimea, the second – on measures taken by Russia to combat the coronavirus in Crimea and the Donbass.
“All subsequent notes related to Crimea will be sent back by Moscow without consideration. Once again, we remind you that the issue of Crimea is closed,”- she said.
