Thursday, on April 16, the Supreme “court” of the occupied Crimea rejected the appeal against the decision to choose a measure of restraint to the figurant of the third Bakhchisaray “Hizb ut-Tahrir” case Rustem Seitmemetov. He will remain in jail until May 9, 2020. This was reported by the “Crimean solidarity” public initiative.
"Rustem Seitmemetov explained in a conversation that he has no critical health problems. He has only problems with his back . He had vertebral displacements and in these conditions of detention they made themselves felt, cause certain inconvenience", said lawyer Nazim Sheikhmambetov.
It is noted that the political prisoner has not yet been given bed linen. Last week, the defense sent corresponding appeals to the administration of the pre-trial detention center, but the answer has not been received yet.
