On Tuesday, April 14, despite the spread of the coronavirus infection, the regular illegal military exercises were held in the occupied Crimea, during which units of the army corps of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation performed night firing and worked out driving skills in military vehicles in the dark. This was reported by the Russian agency Interfax.
“The crews of the T-72B3 tanks as part of the tank company fired on the move, which, taking into account the rough terrain and the dark time of the day, greatly complicated their task of hitting targets during a conditional battle”,- said Aleksei Rulev, representative of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
It is noted that the tankers “worked out the tactics of suppressing previously explored locations of antitank crews of a conditional enemy who were in equipped positions.”
We remind that in the occupied Crimea, military exercises, propaganda for military service and conscription into the armed forces of the Russian Federation are regularly held. The Russian military exercises destroy the ecosystem of the peninsula and are a gross violation of international law.
Earlier, in a statement on Crimea, NATO condemned the ongoing large-scale buildup of Russia's military power in Crimea and expressed concern about Russia's efforts and stated plans to further build up military power in the Black Sea region.
