In the occupied Crimea, wastewater was discharged into the Pobednaya River

In the Krasnohvardiiske district of the occupied Crimea, one of the enterprises discharged wastewater into the Pobednaya river with an excess of pollutants. It is reported by the so-called prosecutor of the peninsula.

“It was established that one of the enterprises of the Krasnohvardiiske district discharged wastewater into the  Pobednaya river with an excess of pollutants and without taking measures stipulated by law to preserve aquatic biological resources”,- the statement said.

The so-called prosecutor's office of the district instituted an administrative case against a legal entity under Article 8.33 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules for protecting the environment or migration routes of wildlife and aquatic biological resources), based on the results of which the legal entity was held administratively liable in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 15 thousand rubles.
