Occupants prepared indictment for Mustafa Dzhemilev

The so-called Main Investigation Directorate for Crimea and Sevastopol of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has prepared an indictment for the leader of the Crimean Tatar people, Ukrainian MP Mustafa Dzhemilev , he is accused of “illegal crossing of the Russian border” and “illegal handling of weapons.” This was reported by Ukrayinska Pravda with reference to a copy of the notice of the Investigative Committee on the day of the indictment.

According to the document, the corresponding criminal case was opened on August 11, 2014.

Dzhemilev is charged under Part 3 of Article 322 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “illegal Crossing of the State Border of the Russian Federation”, Part 1 of Article 222 “illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation or carrying of weapons, their main components, ammunition” and Part 1 of Article 224 “Careless storage of firearms, which created the conditions for its use by another person, if this entailed the death of a person or other serious consequences.”

At the same time, Mustafa  Dzhemilev   was asked to send a lawyer instead of arriving himself to the so-called investigator in Simferopol, where on April 10 he will be indicted.

The notice was signed by the so-called investigator Mahomedov.
