The court postponed a so-called court session in the case of Denys Kashuk accused of “storing explosives”

On Tuesday, March 24, the first so-called court session was to be held in the so-called Armyansk City District Court on the merits of resident of Simferopol Denys Kashuk, who has been arrested for already two months on suspicion of “storing explosives and ammunition,” but this so-called court session was postponed to April 6th. This was reported by the Crimea.Realities media agency.

“During the meeting, the defense side made a number of petitions, one of which was to attach certain documents about the health condition of Denys, the court attached these documents. The court session was rescheduled for April 6, three volumes appear in the case and lawyers need to get to know them, the judge gave us time for this”,- explained lawyer Legostov.

We remind that on December 17, 2019 in the occupied Crimea, a resident of Simferopol Denys Kashuk disappeared. The next day, a search of his house was conducted, and FSB officers said that Kashuk had been detained because he was suspected of “producing explosives.”

On December 20, the so-called Kyiv District Court of Simferopol arrested a resident of Simferopol Denys Kashuk for two months – until February 18, 2020. The man is suspected of “storing explosives and ammunition.”
