On Tuesday, March 24, the first so-called court session will be held in the so-called Armyansk City District Court in the case of a resident of Simferopol Denys Kashuk, who was arrested for two months on suspicion of “storing explosives and ammunition.” This was reported by Crimea.Realii media agency.
“On March 16, I met with Denys Kashuk, we developed a legal position in this case. In the case of Denys Kashuk, at the moment, there are two lawyers – me and my colleague Kostiantyn Rustemov”,- said lawyer Serhii Lehostov.
We remind that on December 17, in the occupied Crimea, a resident of Simferopol Denys Kashuk disappeared. The next day, a search of his dwelling was conducted, and FSB officers said that Kashuk had been detained because he was suspected of “storing explosives.”
On December 20, the so-called Kyiv District Court of the occupied Crimea arrested a resident of Simferopol Denys Kashuk for two months – until February 18, 2020. The man is suspected of “storing explosives and ammunition.”
