The FSB arrested a resident of Crimea on suspicion of participating in the Noman Çelebicihan Crimean Tatar Battalion

On the occupied peninsula, Russian FSB officers detained a Crimean resident suspected allegedly of “participating in an illegal Noman Çelebicihan Crimean Tatar Volunteer Battalion.” This was reported by the Russian state news agency TASS.

The FSB claims that the man left for  the mainland Ukraine in the summer of 2016, where he joined the ranks of the aforementioned battalion.

At the moment, the suspect has been detained, and the so-called court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention.
