On Tuesday, February 11, in the occupied Crimea, another unlawful military exercise took place, where the Black Sea Fleet helicopters worked out a set of measures to search for a submarine of a potential enemy. This was reported by the press service of the Southern Military District.
"As part of the planned exercise, helicopter crews flew up from one of the airfields in the Crimea and worked out a set of measures to search for and detect a submarine of a potential enemy," the statement said.
It is worth reminding that in the occupied Crimea, it has been a common practice to conduct military exercises, propaganda for military service and conscription into the armed forces of the Russian Federation. The Russian military exercises destroy the ecosystem of the peninsula and are grossly violate international law.
Earlier, NATO, in their statement concerning Crimea, condemned the ongoing large-scale buildup of Russia's military power in Crimea and expressed concern about Russia's efforts and plans to further build up military power in the Black Sea region.
