The so-called Yalta City Court of the occupied Crimea upheld the 40 thousand rubles fine to the director of Kazka Zoo Oleh Zubkov. This was reported by the press service of the State Veterinary Committee of the Republic of Crimea.
It is noted that the State Veterinary Committee of the Republic of Crimea during the inspection revealed violations, namely, non-fulfillment of legal requirements by the official – director of Kazka Zoo LLC, for which he was brought to administrative responsibility and was sentenced to a fine of 40 thousand rubles .
“As a result of the appeal by the official of Kazka Zoo LLC of the aforementioned decision of the Yalta City Court of the Republic of Crimea, the complaint was dismissed, and the decision of the State Veterinary Committee of the Republic of Crimea was not changed”,- the press service of the state committee specified.
We remind that in occupied Crimea, Russian law enforcement authorities opened a criminal case against the owner of Taigan lion park and the Yalta Kazka Zoo Oleh Zubkov for failure to comply with the decision of the so-called court to ban the Walking with Lions programme.
