An exhibition of posters #LIBERATECRIMEA on resisting Russian aggression in Ukraine was opened on Chongar

On Saturday, March 16, an exhibition of posters of the international movement for the de-occupation of Crimea and solidarity with the Crimean Tatar people #LIBERATECRIMEA, marking the 5th anniversary of resistance to the Russian aggression in Ukraine was held in the service zone of the Chongar checkpoint on the administrative border with the occupied Crimea. The exhibition will be open until March 31.

The aim of the exhibition is to draw the attention of public to the ongoing Russian aggression against Ukraine, in particular, to systematic human rights violations in the occupied Crimea and, as a result, to a flagrant violation of international law by the aggressor country.

This exhibition is being implemented on the initiative of the public organization “Justice Corps”, the Crimean Tatar Resource Center together with the international civil movement for the de-occupation of the Crimea and solidarity with the Crimean Tatar people #LIBERATECRIMEA with the assistance of Kherson Regional State Administration, State Border Service of Ukraine and the Kherson Regional Mejlis of the Crimean Tatars.

#LIBERATECRIMEA is an international civil movement for the de-occupation of Crimea and solidarity with the Crimean Tatar people. It is aimed at strengthening the voice of civil society, calling for the cessation of the illegal occupation of Crimea, the flagrant violation of international law and the root cause of the countless human rights violations committed in Crimea since February 2014.
