A criminal case was opened against him for financing an extremist organization (Part 1 of Article 282.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). We are talking about Jehovah's Witnesses, with whom, according to the investigation, Kuzio is affiliated. The listeners were not allowed to attend the court session, and the lawyer appointed to the suspect provided legal assistance to the suspected activist”,- the message said.

We remind that on March 11, Russian security forces searched at least 9 houses of Crimeans in Yalta suspected of participating in the Jehovah's Witnesses religious organization banned in Russia. Four people were detained for interrogation.
