The Fourth General Jurisdiction Court of Cassation in Krasnodar rejected an appeal against the verdict of the defense of political prisoner Sergiy Filatov, who was sentenced to 6 years in a general regime colony with restriction of liberty for a period of 1 year for organizing and participating in the Jehovah’s Witnesses cell.

The believer continues to serve his sentence in correctional colony No. 12 in the city of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov Region”,- the Jehovah's Witnesses in Russia website said.
